I had an amazing stay in a jewel-like hotel. The staff was friendly, cute, and helpful. The owner, Shakhiza, speaks English well and the whole staff is wonderful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The delicious breakfast was heavenly.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The hotel is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is close to the center, making it a perfect stay for business travelers. the rooms are clean, comfortable and designed with great attention to detail. the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious, a real treat. the hotel prepares lunch boxes who are going on outings, which is very thoughtful. the surprise check-in detail mentioned in one review is just one example of the amazing facilities offered.

There is a lack of clarity in the map provided by the hotel, which can be a little confusing trying to navigate.

Friendly Staff and Delicious Breakfast

Spent a memorable weekend with the loveliest staff! They were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay, making sure that all my needs were met. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious and well-prepared. Location-wise, the hotel is situated in a serene and safe neighborhood, with plenty of attractions nearby.

The only minor let down was the map they gave me; it wasn't the clearest, and I found it challenging to navigate around.
